Our company was originally founded in the early 70’s by A. C. Fellers and operated as A.C. Fellers Corporation. A.C. was an excellent chemist and good businessman. He developed our base chemical formulas for our Detergent Division. A.C. Fellers was one of the first companies in the US to sell and distribute water blasting equipment and provide this equipment on a chemical use basis. The local accounts included Caterpillar, Penske, and Mack Truck. Morris came in the industry in September 1985 and bought the distribution rights to the Intermountain West. Seeing the potential for the business, Morris and 2 investors bought the then A.C. Fellers Corporation assets – complete with trademarks, formulas, manufacturing plant and customer base.
